Operation Farm Bed Cultivation Workshop

In this workshop we explore the science of mushroom cultivation and give you a hands-on  opportunity to inoculate a bed with King Stropharia (Stropharia  rugosoannulata).  King stropharia, aka Wine Cap, is a delicious mushroom  that is nice and straightforward to identify. We'll make sure that you  have an ID guide and we'll chat through the best way to identify  whatever crops up!  Please note that this is a dirty workshop so please  dress accordingly and make sure you have sturdy footwear.
